Mona Lisa
This is how Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece the Mona Lisa is displayed in the Louvre museum in Paris. Since the Mona Lisa became victim of an idiot with a knife, the painting hangs safely behind bulletproof glass.

About one hundred years ago the painting was stolen. An Italian immigrant who was fed up being called 'spaghetti-eater' by the French took revenge by stealing the painting and bringing it back to Italy. After a year the man was caught and the Mona Lisa was brought back to the Louvre.
